As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we will give you a full refund or exchange them for the same product. You can request a different flavour or size for the same product if you so desire. However, please note that while we are willing to pay for the second shipment, you will pay the cost of the returning the original product. If you are still not pleased with the second product, we will not be able to accept the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for a return for any double and triple deals.
Ultimately, if you want to return an item, the first question you can ask is: Who/what caused this to happen? Is it Active8 who sent your the wrong product, or is it you who simply doesn't like the product? If it's Active8, then we would be wholly responsible for the return shipment. And we would be happy to cover the cost of your return shipment provided that you give us either a picture or a scanned copy of the receipt for the shipment. Is the product defective or does it taste strange? Then please let us know within 10 days of your purchase and we can proceed further.
If you would like to return the item(s), please contact our Orders Department (by phone, chat or email) and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you obtained the RMA number, you can ship them to our below address. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refundable. However, we will provide free return shipping if you return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If you ordered the item(s) more than 30 days ago, you can return the products for a refund if they are still in saleable condition. Please note that we will have to charge a 25% restocking fee.
If you ordered the items more than 3 months ago, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
Receiving a Refund
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Product Returns department, expect your refund within 5 business days. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
