    Supporting the body's systems of elimination is an essential cornerstone to maintaining a healthy body.  Toxicities tend to accumulate in the liver, colon, kidneys and lymphatic system.  The Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox has been clinically tested to provide a complete detoxification of these systems.

    Internal cleansing is considered to be the cornerstone of good health by many natural health care practitioners. Pollutants from the environment - found in the air, water and foods that we eat - as well as wastes produced from normal bodily processes, can tend to accumulate within the body and lead to a state of congestion. To help maintain a healthy balance of assimilation and elimination, the Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox Program is uniquely designed to enhance all aspects of metabolism. 

    Wild Rose Biliherb formula gently promotes bile production by the liver, supporting digestion and enhancing the elimination of toxins. Laxaherb, Cleansaherb and CL Herbal Extract additionally support the cleansing and elimination of wastes from the system.

    The diet associated with the program is of great importance. During this period, people can eat all they want but the selection of food is quite important. The diet should consist of at least 80% alkaline and neutral ash foods with less than 20% acid ash foods. Referring to the following chart, one should eat less than 20% of the foods in Section 1 and 80% or more of foods from Sections 2 and 3 combined.

    Each kit contains: Biliherb, Laxaherb, Cleansaherb, CL Herbal Extract. 

    If the food is not listed on this chart, they cannot eat it! It is strongly recommended that no alcohol be consumed during this program. Although it is best not to drink coffee during this period of time, people can drink a maximum of two cups of black coffee per day. Herbal teas are acceptable. The addition of spice to the diet is acceptable, but the use of store-bought condiments, such as ketchup, should be avoided. Note: There are no breads or other flour products (e.g. breads, cakes, cookies, pastas or the like), dairy products (except butter), or tropical fruit allowed during this program. One should try to eliminate all foods that might congest the system during a detox.

    Protein Foods – Acid-Forming Foods (20% of the diet should come from this section)

    Most recommended: Fish (eat as much as desired even if over 20% of total diet)

    Acceptable during program: Beans (dried), beef, coffee (black maximum two cups a day), grains, eggs (whole), i.e., barley, kasha, bulgur, oats, rye, wheat berries, lamb, lentils, liver, nuts, oatmeal, peas, poultry, pork, prunes (cooked), rhubarb (cooked), rice (white – brown is in 80% column), soy beans, tea (black), tofu (plain, unsweetened only), veal, wheat germ.

    Not recommended during program: Buttermilk, cheese (dairy or tofu), seafood (shell fish), yogurt.

    Starch Foods - Alkaline-Forming Foods (80% or more of the diet and the one in the next section)

    Most recommended: Almonds, millet, buckwheat, brown rice.

    Acceptable during program: Apples, apricots, berries, brazil nuts, cherries, lemons, peaches, pears, plums, popcorn, potatoes (baked), pumpkin, squash, sesame seeds, soya milk, tahini, tomatoes (fresh).

    Not recommended during program: Bananas, cantaloupe, currants, dates and figs, fruit juices, flour of any grains, grapes, honey, malt, maple syrup, melons, pasta, pineapple, raisins, tropical fruit.

    Not recommended at any time: Cakes, candy, ice cream, cereal (processed), flour, gravy, fruit juices with sugar and pop/soda, jams and jellies, oily nuts and peanuts, pies and pastries, sugar (white or brown).

    Bulk-Forming Foods- Neutral Foods

    Most recommended: Chives, garlic, ginger, onions (includes: leeks, green onions, shallots, etc.), tea (herbal; without milk added), water.

    Acceptable during program: arugula, artichokes, asparagus, avocado, beans (green), beets or beet tops, broccoli, brussels sprouts, butter, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, collards, corn, cucumbers, dandelion, eggplant, endive, escarole, herbs for seasoning (i.e. basil, oregano, thyme, coriander, etc.), kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, okra, oils (except peanut oil), parsley, parsnips, peas (green), peppermint, peppers (green and red peppers), radiccio, radishes, rutabagas, sorrel, spinach, turnips, vegetable seasoning (without yeast), watercress.

    Directions

    Two tablets (or 40 drops) of each product with both breakfast and supper.
